The process differs slightly between mobile and desktop:

Troubleshooting Common Issues
Watermark still appears on downloaded video
Some TikTok videos may have the watermark embedded in the video itself by the creator. In these cases, the watermark cannot be removed. Also ensure you selected the "Without Watermark" option when downloading.
"Video unavailable" or "Private account"
You can only download videos from public TikTok accounts. If an account is private or the video has been deleted, it cannot be downloaded. Make sure the video is still available on TikTok before attempting to download.
Link not recognized or invalid URL
Make sure you're copying the complete TikTok URL. It should look like "https://www.tiktok.com/@username/video/..." or "https://vm.tiktok.com/...". If using a shortened link, make sure it's the full shortened URL, not truncated.
Lower quality than expected
TikTok videos are typically uploaded in 720p or 1080p. The quality you can download depends on the original upload quality. If a video was recorded in lower quality or heavily compressed, that's the maximum quality available for download.
Age-restricted or region-locked content
Some TikTok videos may be restricted based on age or geographic location. If you can't view the video on TikTok itself, you won't be able to download it through MvDowloader.
